  They will screw you every chance they get! Trust me all the one stars aren't even earned- should be 0 stars! They rarely pickup when they should. And apparently it's u! the customers job to call them once a week to remind them they didn't pick up ur trash. They just transferred Livingston customers to waste management without sending a letter or anything. Then they send me a bill, I pay it two weeks early. Now I'm being told they weren't supposed to bill me. I'm expected to pay waste management for a bill I paid a month and a half ago, then get a refund from this sham of a company. So if I don't pay waste management I won't have service and I'll get a late fee...but over a month and a half later and still no refund... "corporate is mailing it" what a crock - this company is as shady as they get.
